It was clean but they did not give any water at all. The cleaner just knocked the door once and came in side room while my partner was top off me. And it’s happened almost everyday

Location The sheets and pillowcases at the hotel weren't clean. They smelled like someone else's sweat.

Hotel location was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toilet door is just a glass door. Our TV kept turning off randomly. The water temperature for shower would change erratically.

Good location No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, which is usually included with this standard of accommodation. The self service check in, I like things more personal with a reception desk. The location of the bar area isn’t very inviting, and therefore I can’t see this being used much.

The Hotel is located in an excellent central location, my room was very clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was in a nice space with a good choice of food. Staff on front desk, avaialble and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will definately stay again on my next visit to Barcelona.

na I never received a confirmation for this hotel. I wrote them and they did not answer. We stayed somewhere else. I would like a refund.

A no frills breakfast, but very good range of foods and very tasty. GREAT location. Within easy walking distance to most of the popular attractions. GREAT staff. Pillows? But I'm fussy!

The room was very basic, no coffee machine in the room. The entire suite only has one hook for hanging towels, the bathtub drains slowly and the issue was not solved after many requests.

Shower had mildew on the walls. Plumbing for sink and shower would back up constantly. Furniture seemed like it had survived a 10ft fall. Construction noise from morning to night coming from the hotel prevented you from getting any sleep.

there were roaches in the hotel, bathroom faucet, door, shower didn't work properly. cleaning staff was non existent.
