The location of this hotel is amazing, and the staff is friendly. The room was not ready upon arrival, and was not cleaned properly either. For a 5 star hotel, the hotel is badly maintained and very worn out. The pictures do not match reality, rooms are small and cluttered.

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times now and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing, the rooms are good size and the location is superb.

Location is phenomenal. Close to great restaurants, shops, sites. Very central. Room accommodations are very good, but not out of this world given smaller size.
