Very great lacatoon

The location was very convenient. The room was good. The daily cleaning was not good. They left some dirty towels on the floor, didn’t leave water bottles to make coffee the next morning and someone left a half empty bottle of water that was not ours. Also there is a door stopper in the bathroom on the way to the toilet that has a bad location. We hit it several times and hurt ourselves. No plugs next to the beds.

Location and breakfast only. I would thank only one guy in the reception “Gullam” who was very helpful and kind. 1- The smell coming from the bathroom is horrible especially room 707. I changed the room and the smell still there but less horrible in room 505. 2- There should be a person to take the luggage to and from the room during check in and check out. They told me that the person having a break when I arrived which was not late at all at 6:00 pm !!!. 3- I was treated very bad when I asked to change my room since I took it as I told you the smell was horrible. The reception staff was rude with me and instead of upgrade me she told me this is the only room available for today !!!!!.

The hotel was lovely, the location is good and also they offered storage for our luggage outside of booking hours.

The location is great. Some of the staff members are great. The breakfast crew is lovely. But the majority of the reception staff is apathetic and semi unfriendly. The paper thin walls. You can hear an entire fight between 2 people outside your door.

Very good location, room is clean and staff was friendly, room was comfortable. Two things, 1- there was no electricity socket near the bed so I can charge my phone or watch. 2- TV was glitching when changing channels. It doesn’t allow you to change channels, you have to keep trying turning it on/off multiple times.

Close to most of the places we wanted to go. Usually just a short taxi ride. the breakfast was good. The room was very small for three people. There were no washcloths in our room.

I stayed at your hotel in Barcelona for just a few hours before an early morning flight. When I checked in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I needed to rest before traveling. Unfortunately, I was given a room that was extremely noisy due to outside noise, making it impossible to sleep. I went back to the front desk and asked if it was possible to change rooms, but no one offered a solution or seemed willing to help. The staff’s attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing. I chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and restful stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. Given that I was unable to get the rest I specifically requested and that my concerns were not addressed, I hope you will review this situation and consider an appropriate gesture of goodwill to make up for this disappointing experience. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Everything, location and cleanliness

Over the location. Very close to the Passeig de Gracia metro and train station. Also convenient to buses to major tourist attractions including beach, Park Guell, Familial Segrada, La Pedrera, and gothic Quarter. Within walking distance to Casa Batllo. Only downsides: it would have been nice to have outlets to charge phones next to beds. We had a triple room. The bed for the third person had a foam topper instead of a mattress. Was really too soft.

We booked this hotel specifically for a room with a terrace, but the listing is misleading. The terrace is completely unusable due to a ventilation system above it that constantly blows extremely hot air. It is impossible to sit outside or use the space at all. Even worse, the hot air affects the room itself, making it uncomfortably hot and forcing us to keep doors closed during the summer in Barcelona. This significantly impacted the comfort of our stay. We reported the issue immediately, and staff confirmed the problem after inspecting it. Despite this, the hotel refused any partial refund or meaningful solution and only offered the option to cancel the last night and move elsewhere, which is not an acceptable resolution. Overall, the main feature we booked (the terrace) was not usable at all, and the accommodation did not match what was advertised. This feels misleading and unacceptable for the price paid.

It’s located in a trendy area with shops and restaurants. Short walk to Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Família and La Boqueria market. They give us a room on 9th floor and the room was warm as the AC was set to 28 degrees Celsius. The worst part was there were rooftop party from the building across which right next to our room. It was very loud from 9pm-4AM on Thursday and Friday night. We called the reception and told police was called but that didn’t stop the party… they were fully booked so we were up almost all night exhausted because we were waking for sightseeing during day!

the location was excellent; the room was nice and clean and bed and pillow very comfortable and most of the hotel stuff were friendly. Generally speaking, enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would stay again the rooms were not soundproof and there was an incidence of one from the reception rudly knocking our door at midnight asking us to change the room because neighboring room complaining about the noise, while we were only talking with a normal voice.
