1. although it's close to the metro station/bus line, there is nothing else within walking distance. 2. room was difficult to maintain ac comfortably ( was more related to our lack of understanding)

It was close to the airport, the shuttle was great, and the room was sooo comfortable.

AC Temp had a lock at 21c. Was off when we arrived 9pm. So tough to sleep hot room.

Good location from airport No place close to eat outside of the hotel restaurant

Breakfast was good. Pool and sauna good. When we went down to breakfast someone came into our locked room and stole all my US dollars that I had in a small pouch tucked away under my clothes in my suitcase. We were gone less than 1 hour! We were only in the hotel for 1 night..no need for a maid or anyone to come into our room before we checked out.

Location The stone flooring in the shower. It is very slippery when it’s wet, and there are no grab bars to hold on to.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was industrial. Staff recommended direction for walk to find what we needed.

Free shuttle bus is great. Hotel has attractive common areas. Staff is very personable. Room is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a gym area and small indoor pool and sauna that looked nice but we didn't have time to use them. Location is in a business district so there are no restaurants or markets close by. The hotel restaurant is OK but pricey.

Very convenient to the airport. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Staff wer pleasant and very obliging. Too few towels. More water would have been nice. The TV didn’t work.

I was on the top floor but semi trucks were going by all day into evening hours and highway sounds are loud. It seemed to die down after midnight. Bring earplugs!

Shuttle didn’t run around the time we came which was a bummer Elevator was tiny. Pay to weigh things is a simple thing the hotel can fix ( make it free) huge benefit to customers and I’m sure that pay machine brings negligible revenue and leaves a sour taste for customers

Shuttle service time is limited. But I liked a morning service to the airport. Couldn't use arrival service. Taxi cost more than expected. The room was too small for 3 adults. Although I paid for 3. But the breakfast was good.
