The walls are paper thin and the couple in the room next to mine were very loud late at night.

Stylish spacious room with AC I could not control AC fully

I liked the room, the design is very individual and was also quite big. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing I could mention as a 'downside' was that initially the room was quite heavily air conditioned. But that's more about my individual preference.

Staff was friendly and helpful, They don't keep normal reception hours. If you arrive in the evening, , you have to check-in with an ATM like machine. It wasnt easy. Luckily there was a French family in the lobby. They opened the door for me and helped me use the check-in machine.

Good stay in BCN

Everything is 100% and the bus stop is just outside the door, many cafes and shops around. Is very quiet.

I strongly advise anyone considering booking with BYPILLOW to think twice. We reserved a “family room,” but the listing is clearly misleading. The photos are taken in a way that completely hides the fact that everything is squeezed into just 28m². The space is cramped, poorly designed, and far from what is advertised. The treatment from the staff—especially the receptionist—was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt ignored and poorly handled. Privacy is practically nonexistent. The bathroom is separated only by a glass wall, which makes even basic use highly uncomfortable, especially when traveling with others. The rooms themselves are outdated and in very poor condition. The so-called “extra bed” is only suitable for small children (up to around 10 years old), despite being marketed for a family. On top of that, there is no proper power outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer. This means that anyone trying to get ready has to do it in the main room, disturbing everyone else. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and does not match the images or description provided. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, or even basic honesty in what is being offered.

We didn't have breakfast. Was it included? It was pricey but I guess thats the going price in that area. Spacious - wasn't missing anything

Good location The bathroom has a almost see through glass wall.

Staff were courteous but quite businesslike, it would be nice if they were more friendly. The bathroom shower area is separated from the bedroom with glass block panels - not ideal for a family room.

Nicely furbished room in a good location, walking to Sagrada Familia was closer than expected. Sound isolation was not great, we heard someone sneezing in corridor.

The hotel is new, so the room was clean and all the appliances were top notch, the bed was comfortable and big. There was not enough lighting in the room, only lamps that were mostly near the table. When I checked in the window was open, so a couple of mosquitoes got in the room and I spent the night trying to fight them, but it was hard because of the bad lighting. The room was also pretty cold in the evening, the air con wasn’t working.

The room and the common space of the hotel were all very clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was lovely!

The shower "wall" is glass block. Zero privacy for toileting and showers. The location is loud (open window for ventilation was challenging due to the noise). Also, the restaurant staff nearby are not tourist/traveler friendly.
