The hotel is close to the beaches and at a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to Central Barcelona, and yet it has closeby restaurants. If that's what your're looking for, this is a great spot. The rooms are nice and clean, staff is helpful. One unfortunate incident took place on the day of my arrival. The elevators malfunctioned and were not fixed for a couple of hours which caused many visitors like myself to use the stairs (and if you're on the 6th floor, this can be a nightmare during Barcelona summer). The Hotel management had put up a sign at the elevators, apologizing and saying that they were trying to fix the problem, but I would say that "putting up a sign" cannot really make upset visitors happy. I definitely would advise them to do more because of this inconvenience...

I stayed for 3 days at the hotel. My room had two separate twins for two and a balcony view. Each day my room was cleaned and I received fresh towels. When I went to visit the beach, the hotel let me borrow their beach towels as long as I had their beach towel card. The staff spoke English and were nice. The location was close to public transportation including the Hop on and Off Bus. Also, there was a nearby Condis market where snacks and drinks can be purchased. I was surprised the hotel didn’t have a pool.

The cleaning ladies were very sweet and fulfilled our requests without hesitation. The staff at the reception always greeted us whenever we entered or left. The elevator was terrifying, it worked very strangely, and once when I opened it, I felt a jolt. Despite paying so much money, it wasn't repaired within 6 days; we waited a very long time for it to arrive. It also looked like they had fitness rooms, but apart from 3-4 treadmills, I didn't see anything else, which was disappointing.

Wonderful location, 8 min walking to the beach, fantastic breakfast buffet, super clean rooms, beds changed daily, perfect view onto the beach from our side of the hotel, and the staff was multilingual and super helpful, going above and beyond na

Location from beach Expensive for what it was. Gym only had few cardio machines. Water jug wasn’t filled all the time.
