The staff were super friendly especially Beatriz at reception. The location was great and the hotel was quiet. The room was a bit small and I had hoped for some complimentary coffee

The frost staff was really helpful and the area is also very nice. Abit farther out from the typical tourist centre of othe city which I really liked. A metro station is only 10 mins away from the hotel and a bus drops you off right at the front of the building. Lots of nice bakeries and cafes nearby. We were only staying for one night and were upgrades to a premium room with a terrace right by the pool whihc was great. The room is also very well sized and everything was super clean

Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Since our last stay at the same property two years ago, room prices have almost doubled (!) and the room interior deteriorated due to lack of renovation.

The location and the staff were good the room size was too small for three adults. specially with our baggage the wash room door is glass partly transparent and during the night if switch on inside the toilet entire room get illuminated and all others get awake up. wash room door can not fully close and there is half an inch gap when it closed

Nothing Bad service, I forgot an electronic device in the room, I called them to check if they found it and the answer was "we'l call you back". I'm still waiting the call. Who have my device? The cleaning service? The receptionist? The manager?

The neighborhood was calm and pleasant, and the hotel staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best experience I would love to see the rooms in different colors, as the orange tones don’t really match the otherwise high quality of the space. Everything else about the room was excellent.
