The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast wonderful. Our room was too cold and we couldn’t regulate the temperature. There needs to be a selection of pillows- hard or soft. The large pillows were much too firm for us.

The area is fantastic, with a safe and welcoming vibe, a train station just around the corner, and a major shopping center only a 20-minute walk away. The room had a strong sewage smell that worsened as the day went on. While the staff was available, they didn’t seem to care or be particularly efficient. We ended up waiting longer than usual for simple requests. The kitchen was tiny and poorly equipped, and the beds were just single ones pushed together to look bigger, easily separating with the slightest movement.

The location is in a safe, peaceful, high-end neighborhood. There are just a few cafes and restaurants around, but they are nice. The staff is kind. There is a bus down the block. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were wonderful and they have ample free, filtered water for guests. It’s far from the center. You need to give 30-40 minutes to get to most places by public transit. The breakfast was ok but they need to offer better sausage or change that for something else.

RECEPTION PERSONNEL WERE ALWAYS SMILING AND VERY HELPFUL. ESPECIALLY MR. GUILERMO IS VERY HELPFULL ON AYTHING YOU ASK HIM. AND HE IS A PROBLEM SOLVER, AND GOOD SUPPORT. FOOD AND THE BEVERAGES ARE VERY GOOD AND PRICED AFFORDABLE. HOUSEKEEPING WORKERS WERE NOT NICE.
