Clean, polite staff, excellent breakfast Room small, no fridge in the room. The rooms shared a common door which was a problem for noise.

The location is excellent, close to pretty much most points of interest. The AC is working great and the rooms are clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The first room we got was a noisy, because it was connected to another locked room via a door and we could hear everything. But we asked the reception to change rooms, and they did the next day, once another room was available. The TV has only Spanish channels, so it's useless for people who don't speak Spanish.

Perfect location, very clean room A small fridge would significantly improve the stay. There is no lighting in the middle of the room. Adding a light fixture there would also significantly improve the stay.

My room was basic but had amazingly good facilities and was quite clean. The bed was not very comfortable although it was a single Bed. The location was simply amazing. A few Sit Outs for food and drinks literally right in front of the Hotel. A Street Market about 7minutes walk down the left side of the Hotel with a Carrefour Supermarket you can get stuff including packaged light meal and drinks. . There's also a Park a couple of minutes away to the right where you can sit and wind the day down watching rollerskaters do their thing. All in all, it was a nice place to stay given the circumstances and the staff made it very good. Special shout out to Chi, the Nigerian lady at the Front desk. She was very welcoming and quite helpful with information per where to go and what to do. Wouldn't mind repeating. Basic amenities. Mattress not so comfortable. Room small.

Wonderful location, comfortable room, good breakfast and exceptional staff, especially Carlos. No external window in the room, but this was only a minor niggle.

Excellent location, very close to lots of great spots in Raval. The staff were friendly and helpful and the terrace off our room was great. The beds were not the most comfortable. Some street noise at times as we were on the first floor, but what can you expect in a lively part of the city?
