Comfortable room, very clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Pool was a bonus on hot days (although more for lounging than swimming) It's a very small thing, but could have more non-alcoholic options at the pool bar (juices etc).

The location is excellent as were the rooms with the added bonus of the pool and bar on the roof. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Nothing.

In 40 years of travelling the world, I have never had such incompetent and rude staff. This isn't about the quality of the hotel - I've stayed in shacks and 5 start hotels. This is the worst. The lady who eventually checked us in was incredibly slow an treated us like she was doing us a favour at even being there. As an example: we asked for rooms near each other 9 months earlier (when we booked). We were on different floors. Their answer? Some people checked in before you. She was rude and dismissive with everything. The hotel honestly couldn't have cared less about us. It was the singularly worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would never stay again, even if it was free.

Roof top pool Rooms need to be renovated, noticed wooden floors peeling up, rooms smelt musky and mouldy. Flooring around pool gets very hot more visual signs around the pool so people are aware, we only noticed this on the last day of our stay.

Everything was perfect and well organized. Our stay at this hotel was exactly to our liking, and we took advantage of their wellness services, such as the rooftop pool, which provides a beautiful and secluded place to relax in Barcelona. Extremely close to the famous La Rambla area. A very pleasant experience overall. Nothing to add.

The staff were all sweet and helpful. My room was clean and was cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday, the aircon was perfect ! The water pressure when showering was also very good. Thank you! I was really happy with my stay

Excellent location, nice rooms. Well equipped. The neighboring building is under reconstruction, it was sometimes noisy.
