This hotel is in a great location with lots of attractions and points of interest within walking distance. The room was very nice. I had a room with an interior view and it was remarkably quiet --except for the rumbling of the Metro which would probably be less noticeable if the room was on a higher floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The only thing I would say is the mattress was very firm so the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. I think this issue could be easily remedied by adding a some kind of cushy or memory foam mattress topper.

The hotel was good, the staff were very friendly and the service was good. Our cleaning lady Amanjeet was extremely good, and her customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were supportive and helpful with queries. English speaking was very good. The noise from neighbouring business to the hotel.. in the first night only.
