Perfect location. You can leave the luggage in the hotel if you’re arrive early. Very helpful staff.

Clean, quiet (second floor room). Great location. My room was tiny but had everything. No fridge, or access to free cold water.

Great location. Powerful air conditioner. Clean.

Everything, clean rooms N/A

The location is very good. Close to the Ramblas other attractions and shopping strip. Two of the reception staff were helpful, approachable and friendly. One reception person was the total opposite. It should advertise that people must navigate stairs to get to the lift and to some rooms there are a number of stairs to climb which potentially cause some harm.

Excellent location. Close to la ramblas Have to walk up to second floor to elevator
-
Perfect location, even if the metro stations are very close, many importsnt places are in a walking distance too, so we only needed to tske the train to go to Monserrat and the airport Very basic, just the beds and a bathroom, no fridge, coffee maker or iron

The location is excellent. The staff very helpful. It was very clean. You need to climb up one floor and take a lift to get to the hotel door
-
No hot water kettle or water provided upon the stay. Would like to have that. Hope they will introduce this soon to their rooms.

Central location, near metro and bus station, cleanness. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.

-
Very bad sound isolation, and thay can change the blankets
-
Hotel very clean, staff were too nice close the larambla where you can go and find shopping center and all you need.

Location only Very rude staff Throughout our stay, he kept making inappropriate comments and behaved rudely whenever we were shopping or purchasing many items, which felt excessive and judgmental, as if he were envious. They were not helpful at all and did not assist us in any way. He insisted that we leave the room key with them, and we later noticed that several items were missing when we returned from our trip.Additionally, they did not help us with our luggage, left us to carry the suitcases on our own, and refused to operate the elevator unless there was an argument. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant, and I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Great location, most sites are within walking distance. Extremely nice and helpful staff. The room faces the street, which is pretty noisy. Garbage collection in late night, and people talk loud on the street.

Th staff was very nice, very helpful with all I needed. I was a solo traveler so the room was small but with everything I needed. One very important point is that everyday the room was cleaned. The location was great and close to the center of Barcelona. Just to put one “bad” thing is that there is no direct elevator to the hotel, to access de elevator there are some stairs that can be a little annoying with the luggage.
-
It was advertised as having an elevator. After ascending 15 steps a small elevator takes you one floor to lobby. I was put on 2nd floor again 25 stairs. Thankfully front desk person took my luggage up but I struggled with stairs. A precise description. Stairs to room were not mentioned. I would never have booled this hotel.

Location is good. The guys at the reception desk were very kind and polite. First morning I woke up there was a big cockroach crawling on the table which is a big no. The bed cover smelled a bit like it wasn't washed or wasn't dried properly. Anyway, it smelled in a not such a nice way. Hot water not always available, even when set all the way to hot. And I wasn't even looking for scorching hot water, just warm, shower water. Second night I didn't get any sleep because I could hear voices, ring sounds, steps, conversations from the outside of my room. I mean, it felt like people were in my room.
