location- very close to las ramblas if that is the area you want to be in Dated rooms, dark bathrooms, not very clean

Convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned well. The shower was dark and moldy. The elevator had quite an unpleasant odor the entire time.

the light went off the entire night ,also the lift was not working here,and staff was not even concerned about this staff wasn’t polite and did not do anything,also there was no concierge

The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean, and the location was excellent because it was very central. The air conditioning wasn't cooling very well.

-The service from the female staff was very poor. -The room did not match the photos, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, and it was noisy at night, making it very hard to sleep. -The bed was uncomfortable for my wife and me; they gave us two single beds pushed together, which were not comfortable at all. -The room had no kettle, fridge, or coffee machine -One night, my wife and I were stuck outside for 30 minutes between 11:30 PM and midnight because the hotel door wouldn’t open, and there was no one at the reception. i didn't like it at all

Location was great, just 300 meters of Liceu metro station. Since day 1 the airconditioner was not working and I kept asking the staff for help and they would always give the same answer "we will take care of that". They never fixed it. Floor and bed were not the cleanest!
