Location Spaciuos With elevator Washing machine Comfortable beds Wifi (all the building share the same connection so it comes and goes) ?

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and the AC could not really keep the space cool although it wasn't that hot outside.

Quiet location close to many sites to visit. Office was close enough so we could drop our luggage for a few hours before we left for the airport. Their was only one AC unit for the whole apartment so it was a little warm during our stay at night.

The entire stay was okay. We were unable to use the stove at all and had a hard time to reach out to the host/staff. The location is very great but its not easy to find street parking. -

It is right on the street and great access to nearby supermarkets and shopping areas. You sill need to get a cab for distant areas like the beach or Gothic. Windows are sound proof so very few noise coming in. There is only one AC in hallway and no AC or fan in bedroom. Bedroom door is narrow and sliding which limits the air circulation. Besides, because the bedroom is attached to bathroom, humid and warm air also adds up. Another stressing point is that this Company charges the payment only after checkin (just 24hr before your arrival) so if you are coming from another country, you might have issue with online payment verificaron and you have to go physically to their office after your arrival. Or write thousand emails to them so they release the keys to you and you dont end up the first night in hotel, if you arrive late!! There is no clothes dryer only washing machine. The sofa bed is hard to sleep on for adults. Company charges if you leave the place dirty. Company staff communication is lacking and they are not responsive enough or follow up on your requests. Every time a new person responses who does not read the previous conversations.

The apartment itself was very nice. There were minor black spots in the showers assumed to be moisture related stains and the coffee maker barely made any coffee. Everything else was really great. Our kids loved their little bunk style beds and everyone slept great even the night of Sant Joan Eve. Next time I come, I will still shop around but also wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I sent EasySleep Gaudi Terrace an email in advance requesting early check in and they never replied other than automated emails that didn't directly address my request. I sent them requested details manually by email and never received any acknowledgement of that either. Then later when paying via the online portal I had to fill out the same information again. The location was very good. Easy to walk to many areas of interest It was extremely warm even with AC. AC cooled kitchen, dining room well, living room somewhat but the bedrooms especially the twin room was extremely warm.

The best location No balcony, but this is not a problem

It was spacious, quiet clean and comfortable They didn’t have any paper towels and the showers splashed everywhere so we had to buy cloths to dry the floor.

The apartment was so beautiful, comfortable and in a great location! We loved the balcony! The host was SO RUDE. I didn’t receive ANY instructions on how to get in so when I got there (10 minutes before check in) I tried calling. First, someone with an attitude answered saying they sent out an email that morning and hung up (no email was received). Second time I called the host answered and very rudely she said she’s on the way to stop calling her. Upon her arrival, she proceeded to YELL at us saying it’s not 2pm yet, why did we call her 15 times when she was on her bike and could not answer.

Nothing to say in particular. Unrelated: do not book cars with booking.com, I only got bad experience, and poor customer service.

Central location. Nice and clean property. Management is easy to work with

A/c did not work well. Even thoughi asked multiple times if we could store our luggage, the receptionist did not allow it...so we waited with our luggage for 4 hours in streets of barcelona. Also roach found in room. Dangerous step downs from bathroom.

Clean and lots of room for big groups. Warm shower water and modern bathrooms. Not enough toliet paper or trash bag replacements.

The pullout sofa was uncomfortable There was not enough toilet paper and there were no paper towels

It was clean and good neighborhood. Sometime noise from upper floor.

The front and back balconies were great. The back bedroom and the front living room were beautiful. There was no oven in the kitchen. One of the bathrooms had nowhere but the floor to put one’s toiletries.

Checkin process was difficult & not clear, office is 15 min walk from apartment. Some disconnect between messaging on Booking platform.

The location was great. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The house was clean and quiet and we really enjoyed it. One shower sprayed out without a door or curtain to keep it contained, making the shower in that bathroom unusable.

So clean. So very clean. And loved being able to sit on the sun terrace area and see the gardens. It's bigger than it looks. We did laundry and they had a drying rack readily available. And they provided coffee making supplies so we could start our day properly (despite the jet lag and weird waking times.) You have to pay attention in the shower because it leaks onto the floor more than you think it will. I thought it was a bit expensive for the time of year we were there.
