Great place to stay was close to everything

Breakfast was awesome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed support for luggage, restaurant suggestions, directions to sights, and suggestions for exploration. We loved the location! Close to the subway and historic sights. Getting to the lobby desk from the front door entrance was a challenge for us. We could have used the manual stair lift, but no one offered to show us how to do so. Also, the room was in a great location, but it was a little small so that we had to make room for luggage, etc.

The location is great. It ‘s walking distance to many places. The lobby should be more active for a 4 stars hotel, there is no restaurant or bar.

great location in the heart of the Gothic. The hotel was comfortable and cool as Barcelona was very hot and busy during our stay. We had an incredible rooftop view as well.
