Lovely location. Beautiful room. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed.

Clean very nice building It’s in a small alleyway in a very unsafe area and the taxis don’t go in so I had to walk with my luggage when I arrived in yhr small ally ways not the best experience in an unsafe area to be honest I dno how a 5 stars hotel is in a location like this to be honest
-
Loved the area-gothic quarter- super clean and cool interior design/architecture Nothing really except maybe the pillows being to thin
-
The location of hotel is in the best part of the city - close to metro/beach/park, not overly turisty, full of small independent shops and cafes.
-
Exceptional service, 100/100

Staff, quality & design….location also. Loved everything

The hotel itself is beautiful. It's a sophisticated mix of modern elegance and Gothic quarter style. The staff is excellent and we're extremely helpful when we needed help due to my son having injured his leg.
-
The staff is amazing and the rooms are quiet and luxurious- the location is the best!
-
Not much choice on the included breakfasr More choice

The staff were amazing. The building was really interesting and the location was great. There wasn’t a lot of space for my clothes and toiletries. The shower in the main section of the room was odd.
-
The breakfast & the theme The hotel holds the amount in my account & the let us pay the amount after checking out & the amount was still holds. Why the hotel keeps sending emails before check in to pay & they’re supposed to collect the money at the property!

helpful, personalized staff attention

The price is not worth it at all, the water wasn’t free
-
Staff and facilities and character Breakfast took too long
-
The shower seemed to clog regularly.

Location is fantastic and the staff was very kind and honestly helpful. We arrived to check in as their bar was closing for a few hours mid day and they stayed open so we could get something to eat. The staff heard us coming up the road with our suitcases and came out to greet us. 1) the pool is very dirty. 2) during breakfast in the atrium someone on the top floor sprayed water that rained down on everyone eating in the atrium, 3) the shower pan in the room bathroom was dirty and had bugs under the slats, and 4) for a hotel of the caliber they should offer complimentary water in the room

Stunning hotel with tons of charm mixed with modern amenities.

Everything! Staff were brilliant - polite friendly super helpful Location - perfectly situated for a short vacation Room - junior suite - v comfortable clean nice size need (more coffee in room) Sad that there wasn’t a pool but given it’s the old wall of the gothic area totally understandable - but everything else more than made up for this. Definitely would not stop me going back again and again

Loved the hotel. The room was lovely, bed was massive and very comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated in the Gothic Quarter and close to everything. Staff were all lovely and couldn't help us enough. Also, restaurant recommendations were great. Breakfast was very nice, as was the bar and cocktail bar, but you'd expect this sort of quality at a 5-star hotel. The roof terrace was lovely too, although the weather wasn't hot enough to use it. Only little criticism was that bottled water wasn't free in the room. Have to pay for it from the mini bar.
