It was a good location, beautiful views and a beautiful hotel. Very clean and a bonus the roof top pool/bar. We also booked a ‘welcome drink’ as we were a big group this was in a gorgeous large room. N/a

All was perfect. I visited in the midst of a heat wave and very much appreciated the air conditioning. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable with a lot of pillows. The common areas were very nice - great to watch the coupe de monde. The hotel was very close to my meetings but also near the metro station, with lots of small restaurants nearby for dining in a quiet neighborhood with not many tourists. Wonderful breakfast buffet, though on the expensive side, it was well worth it for the variety offered. The pool on the 8th floor is rather small -- but the beach is nearby.

Average hotel The A/C was not working well in both rooms we rented. They advertise two pools, but you have to pay extra for one of them. Loud outside during the night. They should have security there.

The staff were friendly My floor was below the pool so you could hear the pool water swilling around above leading to sleepless nights. The rooms are covered in dust despite daily cleans. The room service maids were very friendly but some days would give provisions and other days would not.

Easy to communicate to the staff. Easy to obtain a taxi. Housekeeping staff did not stock or room We had to call 3 times in a 8 day stay to get tollet paper.

Food and cocktails were great; the hotel was welcoming, and the service was attentive. gym size is quite small, and not a lot of equipment Also, the swimming pool size - we had the impression, from pictures, that it was bigger.
