Excellent and beautiful hotel. Very clean. Don't have enough words to express my gratitude. The nicest , professional people. The food is delicious and the waiter , Diego Paul, Monica, Fiden and the rest of the restaurant staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy. Incredible place. You must stay here, the best in Barcelona.

Location is great. Bed super comfy, lovely strong shower, breakfast is good, loved the pancake maker. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Taxi rank right outside and fab shopping mall nearby which was great as our luggage was lost and we still haven’t got it back so had to buy quite a lot of clothes and toiletries. Would definitely stay again when come to Barcelona Nothing

Location was great for accessing HOP on Hop off busses. The area of town was clean. Expensive for a short stay.

I really didn’t like the customer service and the staff’s attitude. Everytime I call, everytime I talk to them they give me harsh attitude. Especially the ladies. I was really not happy. It’s okay if you can not help me, but it is not okay to make a client even more uncomfortable.

I just wish we chose somewhere closer to the center. But it is in a nice neighborhood right off of the L3 metro. Just a personal preference.
