The location is very good. The breakfast is poor for 4 stars hotel. We had a leak of water twice in the bathroom, and the treatment was bad, we had to sleep in the room without electricity ti avoid the water tough with electricity in the bathroom. It was disaponting and doesn't meet the expectation if how to deal with such problem

the room was cleaned well staff are not warm. Please also double check the prices on booking because they added a lot of hidden fees and I wasn't given my deposit back.

Excellent location, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, and bars. Only a 7-minute walk to the metro. Very clean, with excellent staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms. There was nothing I didn't like.

Location! In the heart of a beautiful shopping center, loved the shops there.. local brands! No house keeping 24 hrs.. but everything was decent, staff were wonderful

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a simple and modern design. The breakfast was varied and offered a good selection of options. It was also possible to order freshly made omelets and eggs separately, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the bed linen and towels seemed outdated and could use replacement. The pillows were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep.
