I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of one of your staff members, Alexander, during my stay at the hotel His behavior throughout the interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not know how to deal with guests appropriately, and his attitude fell well below the standard of hospitality I expected from a hotel like Meliá Sarrià. I found this treatment unacceptable, and it significantly affected my overall experience as a guest. I would appreciate it if the management could address this matter with the concerned employee and ensure such conduct is not repeated.

Very good location, food is good We're disappointed because the swimming pool is not open and they don't say about it, i booked it because we wanted to swim to relax after the busy tours, there's also a working in progress in the hotel and it start early.

It is well organised and thought through hotel. Rooms are at high standards. Welcome cava. Breakfast is very good. Parking is expensive and third party. View was not ok. SPA is extra charge.
