It felt like a 4 star hotel

The area this apartment is located in is absolutely lovely... not enough is said about this part... I tis a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy actual Spanish life... there are lovely cafes. If you're wanting to enjoy a local neighborhood... this is it... and I never heard one plane... even though close to airpoet... also... I typically am not one to share a bathroom but the layout of the apartment makes it not a problem. Super clean and easy. All was good.

Close to the train station It was extremely loud till 4 am, on Monday! There’s no insulation, you can hear everything and everyone. Very very disturbing

Очень отзывчивый, дружелюбный, приятный в общении персонал, который стремится удовлетворить все потребности клиента. Постельное белье явно помыто и проглаженно, но были волосы в постеле. Полотенца очень хорошего качества. Уборка проводится регулярно, качественно, еще и маленькие презенты в виде конфет-печенья В первый день нас заселили в комнату, где было два окна - одно выходило в какой-то закуток с тремя стенами и одном узким выходом куда-то .. а другое - в шахту лифта.. это был ужас, не хотелось возвращаться в этот номер, хорошо, что на третий день нас переселили в нормальный номер, за ту же сумму (хотя четырехместный на троих), в котором было два окна на тихую улицу и мы видели солнце и могли проветривать комнаты! Гостиница оставляла впечатление не очень свежей, стены, двери, решетки кондиционера - все было в пятнах от плесени, хотя уборщицы выполняли свои обьязанности добросовестно, ванна не очень удобна для полных и людей с ограниченной подвижностью, завтрак разнообразный, но невкусный, показательно - маргарин вместо масла. (Но отель официально 2 звезды, может, это нормально) ! не относится к отелю - я бронировала отель за 3-4 месяца, в центре уже не было свободных мест, а то, что было - слишком дорого, поэтому начали смотреть варианты дальше от центра, но в целом проблема - слишком много туристов (или же турагенства "захватывают" хорошие варианты гостиниц), как результат - все неоправданно слишком дорого, хотя город (и все, куда смогли доехать) потрясающе красивый, зеленый, полный впечатляющей историей, и люди - радушные и гостеприимные.

The bathroom in my room has rust. It needs to be removed.

Not close to metro station . The room has a glass table which is not safe. Easy to hurt your calves for the height of the table

The location is really good and well connected. Bus station is across the street and metro station is about 10 min walk. Staff was very helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast was pretty good as well.

The location was great, a complete breakfast everyday, friendly staff, confortable beds and pillows. There wasn’t a gym

The hotel was clean and the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. The description was not accurate. For example, the hotel lists a safe box as an amenity, but there is no key in the room, and when you ask at reception, they charge an extra 3 euros per day to use it. In that case, it should not be advertised as a room feature. It would be like claiming breakfast is included and then asking guests to pay extra when they try to use it. Although breakfast is available for a long enough period, the food items are not properly replenished. There is usually a staff member present, but they seem to be there only to check room numbers rather than help guests or refill the breakfast items. Another major issue was that the lift was out of order, which is not acceptable in a five-story building. Overall, while the hotel is clean, well located, and the staff are polite, the inaccurate description and lack of proper service make it hard to recommend.

The pump of the shower gel is weak (or maybe even broken), so we struggled a little bit to get it out, but overall, it was ok for us

Cleaness and location.

The bathroom was my only issue. Navigating the shower door was difficult and the water always left a puddle on the floor. And why no wash clothes?

Amazing location, staff, the room is very modern and clear. Great stationery, room size is not big but comfy. The view from the window, but I guess thats just how building is built.

Location, Cleanliness, Friendly staffs

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with heating/AC and a comfy bed. I worked during the evenings and wifi was spotty at times.

This hotel has very good location where it is close to Barcelona Saints Station. The environment is good and safe. The staff is nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the room is quite. The WiFi works OK. The room has nice decoration.

It didn't have a small kettle so you can boil hot water so you can prepare a hot drink in the room after going out.

The room was very spacious with big bathroom, with and fresh bath and face towel. the bed is comfortable. thanks to Jerome who assisted us during check in.
