J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était calme, très propre et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre-ville et des transports, ce qui permet de visiter Barcelone facilement. Le personnel était très accueillant, sympathique et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir ! We liked the location, the staff, and the price! The location was nice and there was a breakfast room. However we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast was open, so the staff packed us a breakfast of juice, sandwich and apple. We also had trouble with our Uber/Lyft app and the staff arranged a taxi for us! Rooms were simple but clean! A nice little pasty and coffee shop right next door! Really there wasn’t anything bad, just a very simple room with the basic necessities! Don’t expect luxurious furniture or anything.

Ana and her co-worker were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and gave us helpful information on getting around Barcelona. The rooms are fairly simple but very clean and comfortable. We had all that we needed.

The staff was outstanding, always pleasant, friendly, and eager to help. They assisted us with every request we had and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Their service was polite and seamless. The breakfast offered plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well presented, always in time. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Thanks a lot! The room was quite small, and I would like to have a bit more space. However, this is unlikely to be an issue if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Some of the facilities and furnishings showed signs of wear and could benefit from a refresh. That said, everything was functional and did not affect the overall quality of the stay.

It was convenient to get to. Anna was a great hostess and breakfast was outstanding.

If you are traveling with four people, you can get a room next to the kitchen. It can be a bit noisy not only because of the main street nearby, but also because of the possible late or early visits to the kitchen by guests.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, wonderful staff, breakfast, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. We liked everything!

Location is only good thing about this property. House keeping and Customer service were terrible or I must say to the next level. No hot water when we asked owner explained it’s 80 L per room so you must have used more and asked us to wait till next day to shower. Electric keeps tripping when you open the lights. Air conditioner was there but we were asked to open window to get the air. It was not a welcoming experience.

This hostel is incredible value in a very expensive city. Central, clean, comfortable and with a good breakfast. The staff couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was excellent to start the day, plenty to choose. There’s a coffee machine from 8am till 11 pm. The elevators no problem. It’s staff 24 hours. Anna let us stay in the dining room to wait for our next trip. You can also leave your luggage before and after. No negative comments about the property.

We stay here for 2 days. The only one thing we faced as a bad, there were hot water limit for shower but anyone didn't let us while we made a check in. The other things else was good( room, staff , breakfast)

Enjoyed my stay here! The reception was so well-organized and the personnel were incredibly kind, making everything easy from the start.

The location is close to the Hop on Hop off stop. The breakfast was included and very good. Coffee is available all day. N/A
