Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location is close to transport and tourist areas yet quiet area. Clean facility. The facility, room and shower - not enough space for the occupants.

Location was good and room was generally clean. The girl on the reception was nice, but available by 5 p.m. The room was too small. We cannot open the window in the room and one day we found a dirty towel with some make up on it. Also, the electricity went out due to the storm and we did not receive any answer from the host. The window was facing the inside of the building and at times it was noisy and you could smell cooking from other apartments.

Location, sense of security and the staff. Also it was very clean. The isolation in the room could have been better.

The receptionnist is very nice but not here enough. Reception is available only a few hours... Had difficulties to enter the hotel on arrival. Got locked outside

The hotel was very clean and very calm. I required a late check-in and this was very well organized, it was made very simple for me to arrive in a city I didn't know late at night. The location was perfect, close to many interesting places, close to many restaurants and bars as well. Overall I had a very enjoyable stay at Hostal Balkonis The only thing that I missed during my stay was a kettle and tea/coffee inside the room. However this was made available at reception so overall not a big problem

Location Wifi is not working in the room Hair dryer is working for 1 min and then stop you need to wait a little bit and then again only 1 min working There is no shampoo and soap ( only shower gel) at least it says it have toiletries and on the photo it shows 3 types of toiletries but inly shower gel available

The walls are so thin and we could hear everything from next room.

The room is comfortable and clean. You cannot turn on the heating in the room, and it was very cold. Anyone visiting during the winter months, like us, should keep that in mind. There is no water pressure in the bathroom while showering. ?
