Location - it is in an area of Barcelona that may not be suitable for solo travellers or girls travelling together.

The staff was extremely helpful - they greeted me, offered coffee, checked me in (even though I arrived ~4 hours before the check in time), did a short guide around the hotel and delivered my backpack to the room. They made sure I enjoyed a stay and I could not be more happy about it. The room was also nice, clean and stylish with a comfortable walk-in shower. And the price for this experience was very reasonable, so I'd definetely recommend it to my friends. -

Staff were very friendly and helpful, bringing my bags to my room upon check in and making sure I had everything I needed. They already had my room ready for an early check in. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was nice and the hotel had charm and warmth...and free water and coffee.

Great Location for walking to nearby plazas and Shopping. We were welcomed by Enrico and he ensured we had everything we would need for our stay. Very clean place and room. Everything was perfect.

I wanted a small hotel in a quiet old-town location away from the main tourist areas, and that's exactly what this is. Service was warm throughout, the room was big (mine had a huge bath with excellent shower over), the windows opened for views up and down the quiet street and to balconies opposite. I loved that there was excellent free coffee and chilled still and sparkling water available also free. There were a lot of thoughtful personal touches which I really appreciated - including a list of personal restaurants and bars which included walking distance. And the area absolutely delivered, full of character and interest, great places to eat and drink. Thank you to everyone at Paloma, I'll be back and for longer next time. Honestly, nothing.

The staff is extremely friendly and the location is amazing! The room was small but nice. The walls were thinner than expected so we could hear our neighbors occasionally but that was the only problem!

Very well located and really nice decoration. The breakfast was very good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (highlight of our stay). The room was a little bit small. The shower is visible from the entire room and there was only a small curtain that partially covered it. Since I was traveling with my mom, we each had to take turns leaving the room so the other one could shower with privacy

Staff was exceptional. Goof breakfast. Large bathroom. Location was okay. Room was very basic. No place to hang long clothes. No desk. One chair.

Great location, helpful staff, loved the bath in the room and spectated them accommodating me to get the bath! Great location for being near restaurants/shops.

Central to most attractions and good access to subway

They were super kind. It is 5 star service. They even called us in the room to ask if we settled well. The breakfast to go early in the morning, due to early flight. Fresh fruits , croasans. Fruite juice, water, sandwich. Coffe and water available 24/7 for free! Great espresso. Really attention to comfort of the guest. It has been a long time that I was not surprised in a positive like that and we travel a lot.

Everything was really good: the mattress, the pillows, the fact that hot water is ready 3 seconds after turning the shower on, but what really stands out is the people who work at Hotel La Paloma Boutique. Service is number one factor why we will come back when we make another trip to Barcelona. Excellent location too! None

Central location and friendliest receptionists

The front desk was very helpful. Let us check in early and held our bags for us, even took them up to the room as soon as it was ready.

The staff members were the most accommodating and friendly, demonstrated a high level of professionalism.

The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming! They are happy to give recommendations and accommodate you however they can. They managed to get my room ready for me early which was a lifesaver after all the travel to get to Barcelona. The breakfast was good - I recommend trying the jams as they’re quite good. The location is great - very easy to walk wherever you want to go. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. When I was checking out, I had a good amount of time left before I had to get to the airport, and they happily stored my luggage so I could spend the day walking around carefree and when I returned they kindly welcomed me to relax in their lobby while I waited for my ride. I could not have asked for a better stay. Make sure you keep in mind that the streets around the hotel are pedestrian streets - they make this clear in their welcome message.
