Property was neat and clean. Room didn’t have any amenities like assistance with luggage, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Also, there were lots of people just hanging out around the property.
-
The room was comfortable for the price paid. I did not like that no one helped you with your luggage down and up the few steps at the entrance of the hotel.

Good location, comfortable bed Room was so small I couldn't open my suitcase

Convenience location, clean room, helpful staff Too expensive, the price of weekend is overpriced. It should be same price as weekdays. The area isn't nice, feel not safe especaily at night.

The staff were exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Excellent location. Room was great. Would stay here again!

The staff was outstanding. The room was really small, but the bathroom was a good size We were charged 75 euros more than the reservation indicated.

The location was good to find what we needed, the staff were very kind, helpful, friendly and supportive with everything that we need. You must find everything you need very close. When you make your reservation make sure to reserve no standard is very small. We like have big rooms. No have cooler in the room.

I like the location of the property. It was actually a very good spot centralized. They addressed all our needs. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go visit Barcelona. I pretty much liked everything

Excellent staff. Very clean. Close to the center.

LOCATION: The hotel was excellent and ideally located, with bars, supermarkets, and restaurants all nearby. It was also just a 10-minute walk from La Rambla and 5 minutes from the nearest subway station. ROOM: We stayed in a superior double room featuring a lovely outdoor terrace. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was available for €13; however, given the wide variety of nearby options, we chose to dine out each morning. Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, a little but of everything, all fresh and delicious. I thought it was strange that housekeeping didnt take our dirty glasses and give us clean ones the entire time we stayed there 30Mar to 4 Apr.

The hotel was situated in a good location. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were all very helpful. The room faced the main street, so there was constant noise of trucks and people yelling. It was hard to sleep, but maybe if we had a room facing away from the street, it would have been better. Also, when our son's couch bed was opened, it made things tight.

Clean rooms. Whole place is well cared for. Central location. Always someone near door. Street is in pedestrian area, but pretty close to a lot of stuff. I would say a lot of the main areas are about 15-40 min walk. Everything was adequate, but clean. Rooms were a bit small and the street can be a bit lively at night. We found the doors were good at blocking sound. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing amazing, but it did the job.
-
Very clean. Staff was very rude and unaccommadating. Very strict about who goes up to room even if they weren’t staying in the room. Gave us waters when we checked in at the front desk no mention of these 6oz waters costing 3 euros each. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone planning to be out of the room for most of your time. Very expensive very frustrating stay.

The bedding and linens are very nice. The room was nice size and we loved the location. It was perfect. They offer a breakfast in the morning which was very convenient. Standard fare. The staff was helpful and friendly. We travel a lot and this place definitely earned my respect for a well run hotel. We are Americans and we are older and I find the pillows in Spain and Italy quite hard…. But these at this hotel were some of the more comfortable we have encountered in southern Europe.

I like this place in a lively very multicultural area. It’s a great starting point to explore the city. Many convenience stores around it. Comfy bed. Quiet. Actually very good value in comparison with other European cities. Nothing.
