Excellent location and Eva at front desk was so helpful! The rooms, and entire hotel, were spotless and the beds were comfortable.

Firstly the size of the beds and the rooms is nothing like the pictures, the beds are tiny and definitely not twin beds. Secondly no sound proof at all it sounds like you are the streets, all night it’s sounds of cars, buses and even people in the room beside you or above you. Thirdly, horrible location and very unhelpful staff that do not accommodate to their guests at all, I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Fantastic, stylish interior in a fantastic location. 2 metro stations very close by to get around Barcelona. No pool - but there’s so much to see it did t matter. Advice staff could give during hot weather is leave key card pushed when out to ensure air con works fully.

Everything about the hotel was great, honestly. The beds are comfy, the staff are FANTASTIC, and the location makes everything really easy. Nothing.

We were lucky to have a lebanese staff member at the reception. Made the whole trip easier and he was very understanding

Easy to walk to several different key spots in Barcelona I would’ve loved if the air conditioning could have went cooler in the bedroom

Location and front of house staff . Not forgetting the young girl who was tidying breakfast … so polite and helpful Lift is so slow and the bottled water is not provided after night one ?

quiet, large room with patio on ground floor, convenient location, nice breakfasts we requested to modify the reservation by one day and our request was denied. This created travel difficulties for us.
