Hotel Acta Splendid

Everyone was perfect, from the reception staff to the kitchen team. We would especially like to thank the woman at the reception. She was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. N/A

Beautiful, comfortable, helpful staff Breakfast eggs and bacon were a little cold.

Modern and elegant facilites. Older male receptionist nice and helpful. We did not appreciate getting taken advantage of by the front desk receptionist. She called a taxi for us, but her taxi driver overcharged us for the ride to the airport. His meter read $37.75 and then when we arrived he added more money for a total of $51.50....Our friends rodé on another taxi an hour earlier and paid $32.00...It seems like the hotel gets a kickback for doing a courtesy of calling a taxi. BE AWARE!!! We really felt robbed...The male receptionist had no personality and completely unfriendly and unhelpful.

Lokacija je zgodna,nedaleko je i metro i stanica autobusa koji vodi do aerodroma.

Sehr gute Lage. Kann alles zu Fuss erreicht werden. Metro nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Es gibt Lockers fürs Gepäck. Super System Strassenlärm auch Nachts. Das Frühstück war zu teuer, deshalb haben wir verzichtet.

The staffs are not the most helpful with average attitude

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones limpias y modernas. El personal de limpieza nos ha dejado las toallas para cambiar en la puerta por que nosotros pusimos el letrero de no molestar ? La habitación que nos toco era muy ruidosa. Daba a la calle y se escuchaba todo. Las cortinas dejan entrar mucha luz y el televisor tiene una luz súper potente guía cuando está apagado que molesta al dormir. Trate de apagarla por la configuración pero me fue imposible

Beautiful lobby, amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms

Our group loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. It was unique, looked and felt very upscale. We were very comfortable and loved all do the details and amenities. The front staff were always friendly and kind. Will definitely stay here again. It was perfect

Price was a factor but you get what you pay for. Staff was super nice and did what they could for guests. Location was not ideal. The neighborhood felt a little on the fringe and a bit noisy. It was a longer walk from what we wanted to do. If guests want a window you can actually see out of then you should include that in your request notes. The trade off with having a proper window was the noise over the street.

We loved the location of this hotel- close to city transit and walking distance to some incredible things in Barcelona! They also have storage lockers and a waiting area if you arrive early or need to hang out after checkout. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable.

Wonderful dinning room and breakfast! They never credited me the monies I paid you again my financial bill and did little to look it up! This fast hussel will most likely mean I will never use Bookings again! Trust is something you don’t want to loose as a satisfied customer tells 5 people a dissatisfied customer tells 25!!

Great location, polite staff, clean room. Room came well stocked with towels/soap/toilet paper/etc. We were comfortable for our stay. Someone in our group slept near the window & experienced additional outdoor noise at night. Not really any issue with the property, but wanted to mention that any light sleeper may was to avoid rooms with a bed against the window.
