Not much at all. Room so small, hardly any space for our bags. As above. Also Bedmates refused a night refund due to Mt Etna in Sicily. We had to change our flights and arrived one day later to Barcelona. Perhaps offering a complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

The room was clean and the air-conditioning was great. All the staff were really friendly. The location is close to the bus/metro for easy travel. There was a laundromat close by as well. The bathroom was quite small and old but fine for 2 nights. There is laundry listed as an added service on the website but not available. There is 2 laundromats within 200m though so no issues.

A noisy air-conditioner that would sometimes switch itself on and off. A dirty shower curtain. A shabby bathroom.

Nice and comfortable room. All the facilities were excellent. Walking distance from several attractions. Metro and bus stations are nearby. A small fridge would be of some help.

Even though for one night, the four of us enjoyed this little place. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very nice, cozy living-room with a tv, a nice spacey kitchen with most of the things you need. One of the bathroom is massive with a very nice bath. Clean sheets, towels, beds. Soap and shampoo included. The communication with the host was quick and stellar. It's a bit easy to miss (or forget) that you pick the key from one place, and you stay at another place. However the reception girl was nice enough and explained things, and put us in a few-minutes free taxi ride. One other thing, I'm not sure if we missed something but the AC was not fully working in one of the bedrooms, which did make for a sweaty night.

We needed a place to stay the night before our cruise, and this was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helped me get some ice for an injury and offered to book a ride to the port in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was helpful. The location was a bit hard to find due to construction in the area.
