We loved the bed the most! I slept 12 hours solid our first night the staff were really helpful and kind. As a Brit abroad the air conditioning was our salvation too❤️ The pool was a bit smaller than expected and always busy but we did go in peak season so we do understand

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is in a great location steps away from the metro, walking distance to the Magic Fountain, Port Vell, and La Rambla. Pool was a much appreciated siesta highlight! We had two room rooms booked. So,maybe it was difficult to have two rooms together, but one of the rooms only had a frosted window to an interior hallway/courtyard that was connected to some noise that could be heard from the pool. It also had a slight odd smell. But our other room was great with no complaints!

Excellent breakfast Clean rooms and bedding Friendly and helpful staff Reasonable location and next to metro entrance Exercise room very small basic, TV didn't work. Some dumbells broken. Pool pictures exaggerate as the pool was very small. Sun loungers were very poor and would not recline - they were effectively chairs forcing you sit upright or lie on the ground to sunbathe effectively.

Very nice and pleasant staff. Nice breakfast, basic, but meets the expectations. Some free water is available. Subway station is right in front of the entrance, but it does not cost any problems in terms of the noise. Old bathroom, toilet does not work very well. Too soft mattress. One big blanket instead of two for a couple of people. Some noise from the streets is heard through the window although it is closed.

Soon was spacious and had an excellent view of the city. Gym was tiny, without much equipment.
