From our arrival the Hotel 1898 was amazing! The location was perfect for walking around the Gothic Quarter. The room was comfortable and the ac worked!! We enjoyed the spa for our 30 minutes free each day. The breakfast was great!! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Barcelona! It went beyond all my expectations!!

Best hotel and value for money in Barcelona. The facilities are very good, clean and modern. The restaurant quality is high. They do lots of free things for guests like wine tasting. All good.

This a fantastic hotel if you're looking for comfort and great service. It comes at a price, but is worth it. Amazing breakfasts, spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Great massage at the hotel spa - highly recommended.

Perfect location. Staff excellent and room was comfortable and clean. We asked for a late checkout and for a small fee we were able to stay until 7pm. We were very grateful for that as we had an overnight flight. The decor was tasteful and relaxing from the heat of the city. Our stay was perfect.
