Location, good service by the bellboy, nice view from rooftop, free candies at the front desk Asked to put a small jar with milk in the free coffe stand in the room. They said they will do so, but never did. The room was not cleaned for 2 dsys untill we demand it. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel. There are street renovation outside: bad swear smell and tragfic issues.Should notify guests before making reservation.

Good location, very clean, amazing staff Rooms are on the smaller side

The bathroom was exposed to the bedroom via glass doors. There was no privacy in the bathroom.

Great staff, very accommodating. Everyone was pleasant and professional Enjoyed the hotel very much. Would have preferred to receive a text message when our room was ready instead of an email. Staff did their best to accommodate an early check in.
-
Gorgeous historic hotel right in the heart of La Rambla. Easy walk to so many wonderful attractions. Staff was outstanding, as well.

Everything. The people, ambience. Nothing that I can think of
-
Location, cleanliness and an excellent staff. Small pool area, could only accommodate a dozen people. Not set up for room service. Non English speakers answering the phone, resulted in a prolonged process.

Lovely staff!

Very friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Superb location within walking distance of most major sights. Very clean comfortable rooms and public areas. Fantastic breakfast. Our room didn't have a window, so was rather dark and felt airless. It would have been nice if this had been pointed out to us at the time we booked so we could possibly have considered other options.

Lovely small hotel with attentive staff. Very well appointed and super well located. The "gym" was absolutely laughable. Had to ask the staff to open it to use. Had a tiny selection of free weights -- nothing suitable for a man. The rooftop bar was closed in winter; whereas the one at Hotel Espana a few blocks away was staffed and had heaters. I expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Great breakfast options. The location was in the center of so many things to do in Barcelona. The friendliest staff. N/A

Beautiful and well appointed - glass collection- lobby and ROOFDECK The location is very very busy with loud tourists! Luckily the hotel is quiet and the windows soundproof. If you want to be ‘in the center of it all‘ this hotel is for you.

The staff were helpful and the room was nice. Terrace jacuzzi was filthy as were the outside mattresses and the room service menu wasn’t very good. We also were told to dine at their Michelin star Japanese restaurant which turned out not to be a Michelin star venue at all and was average at best ??
