Great location, clean and comfortable family room, friendly staff. Having in the room a safe and small minibar to keep drinks chilled would be a great plus.

The close proximity to a bakery, food, and a convenience store. Shower on the smaller side, but good pressure and the water warms up nicely.

Very clean, central to metro. Very approachable staff, nice decor. Nice little balconies on the rooms.

Close proximity to all major attractions , lots of good restaurants/cafes nearby and nearby hop on hop off bus. Room is having balcony and bed is comfortable and bathroom is big Room is not soundproof and street downstairs can be noisy. Not enough towel hanging place in the bathroom. Main entrance is locked even during daytime and this can be a hassle to ring the bell for receptionist to open especially during rainy days.

the location is very close to main street, Metro and market. The mattress on the bed could be newer, or it might just have been in my room.

We arrived to check in and wanted to ask a few questions, but the staff showed absolutely no interest in assisting us. There was no water in the room; when we requested some, we were told that they provide it in limited quantities. There weren't enough towels, and—most importantly—we asked for slippers, but even those were unavailable. This was particularly disappointing, as we had done extensive research and chosen this hotel with great enthusiasm.

Location We got a room with banked beds! We wanted to change/upgrade, and was told that there is no availability. I checked out and booked a bigger room in the same hotel!!! Incopetence? Breakfast is minimal.

There was only one thing - I believe there was a slight smell coming from either my sheets or bedcover or pillows; I couldn’t tell, but it was with me all night long and when I checked my clothes the next day I was able to rule out anything of mine as a possible source!
