Everything on the property was lovely, great location i felt that i saw the entirety of barcelona just from the window of my hotel room, great variety for breakfast, and Hugo at the front desk got us a great room upgrade that we really appreciated and made our stay in barcelona a much more memorable one Nothing

We were extremely happy with our experience at Hotel Arts Barcelona and truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality throughout our stay. Although we experienced a delay of around two hours at check in, the way the team handled the situation completely exceeded our expectations. The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. To our surprise, they offered us a complimentary future night with an upgrade at a date of our choice, a gesture we truly appreciated. We believe that occasional issues can happen anywhere, but what really defines a hotel is how they respond. The way Hotel Arts handled the situation showed us how much they genuinely value their guests and their satisfaction. A special mention also goes to the concierge team, who were exceptionally helpful and consistently went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. We left extremely satisfied and with an excellent impression of the hotel. We will definitely be happy to return We didn’t like that we had to leave

Property does not feel like 5 star hotel. Located next to casino. Lots of robbery around the hotel. Please do not wear any luxury watches and items.

The hotel in undergoing extensive renovations, causing a lot of noise and limited amenities, elevators etc. It will be amazing when complete, but currently it is not ideal

Work being done on the same floor we stayed which was noisy. Noise insulation is bad to the point that doors shutting from other rooms can be heard inside our room

Location was great. Close to the beach and metro station The hotel was great. No complains about that. Had to shorten my stay because they moved the soccer game in Madrid up a day earlier and hotel would not waive my cancellation fee because of a third party booking ??♂️

Location only. Below standard services. Front desk team charged us € 600 when we checked-in as prepaid services. When we checked-out they did not pay us back the outstanding balance (€ 200+) they said they will credit our card with in 2/3 days but nothing came from them since then although I’ve reminded them a massage trough booking service but nothing came luck. Also, room service staff were very rude. They interned our room just to place (2 water backs & 2 pieces of chocolate) and to shift the rubbish from room can to shopping paper bags. No room make up performed by them at that time.

The concierge and staff, generally was exceptional. We loved the spacious and very comfortable room. The hotel was too crowded but this didn’t undermine the whole perception.

fantastic service, very big and spacious rooms, one of the best beds I have slept in, great on site restaurant, amazing choice with breakfast buffet it is currently still being refurbished, so no spa or pool open

I like the hotel close to the beach and have a nice good view. Staffs are helpful and assist to sort out my reservation. House keeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean. They are also attentive to small details. The shower cubicle drain is clogged and water cannot drain properly. It flooded to the other bathroom area. I believe the drainage should maintain better form time to time.
