Staff members were super polite and kind! The room was suprisingly quiet, we didn't listen to any noise coming from the other rooms. Location is great, very near Sagrada Familia and with a lot of stores and restaurants close by. WC was also suprisingly bigger than we expected. Everything was super clean and the bed was super confortable. The journey from the airport to the hotel was a bit long. We took the bus shuttle and then had to catch a different bus and walk around 15 minutes to get to the hotel.
