Convenient and good service Room is mini. But good value

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The staff at the downstairs store were also very friendly, and everyone made me feel welcome throughout my stay. There wasn't anything major that affected my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Loved the balcony, the location was near the metro, walking distance to many area and the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. (All rooms do not have this large balcony)

The staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast and coffee were a nice perk!! We were late checking in so it took some time to figure out where to get keys but once we did it was a lovely stay. Rooms are small and cozy.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, they accommodated all our needs and requests, we even forgot something in the room, and sorted it out for us the same day. They have a small area where you can get coffee and tea and even some fruits and nibbles for free. The room was very clean, the towels were such a good quality and the beds extra comfy. The area is quite nice too, close to so many places, full of bars and cafes and felt safe even at night. We had a small balcony, which was nice and you couldn't hear the noise from outside. Overall I think it's a great place and good value. The only thing that was causing issues was the size of the room. It was extremly tiny and we asked for a triple room, which we could barely fit in with luggage and all our staff. If the room was more spacious this would have been a perfect place.

I liked the comfort, location and staff was very helpful. The AC was nice aswell as the balcony. There was visible mold and it smelled pretty moldy as well and for the price of the property that was pretty disappointing.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat; 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and a close metro ride to all the sights in Barcelona. The staff were warm, friendly, and even sent us a complimentary Cava to help us celebrate our honeymoon. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The walls are a bit thin, so be respectful of your neighbors because they can likely hear you :) it wasn't a huge problem for us though as we are heavy sleepers

Centrally located, good value and excellent staff. Hats off to Monica and Julia for providing excellent services. Compliments too to the cleaning lady for always keeping our room tidy. Can’t think of anything.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and tiny, but we had enough room for our needs. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The security was also great as we felt safe to leave our belongings in the room. The mattress was too soft, but that is a personal preference. The only thing we honestly missed in the room was a tiny fridge. It would have been great to have one as we were buying cheese and similar things to bring back to our family and friends.

And gushing our last night there. Not sure what that was about. One night had really noisy guests but nothing the hotel could have done about that part I guess. It was not a restful experience but the location was fantastic.
