Location The elevator was very very bad

The staff were pleasant and accommodating to our every request. The location to the city center and restaurants made everything easily accessible and within walking distance. The local area made you feel safe being out at night. We had no dislikes of the property.

I wish they add toilet bidets

I used to stay there when ever in Barcelona They did not tell there is major conatruction in the hotel rooms

Great location-easily walkable to most of the attractions and highlights of Barcelona. We walked to Segrada Familia, Gothic Quarter, the Marina, etc . Rooftop Restaurant was great too. Our room was large and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. The construction was a problem. We asked for another room away from the street noise and construction noise, but were denied. Manager stated the hotel was ‘full’. It really wasn’t a huge issue because we’re were out all day, and the workers were gone when we returned in the late afternoon.

It appears there were renovations going on while I was staying there which was problematic during the day. I don't think this hotel is worth the value/price.

The location was supper I real like everything about the property

In a few words - location is a top. All the places and things needed for the trip are within a short walking distance. The metro and other public transport, a wide selection of restaurants, as well as sightseeing spots, are located close to the hotel. I would also like to note that the hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Now for the not-so-good things. The hotel seemed very “tired” and worn out. There were scratches and damage in many places—on the walls and furniture. It appears that no renovation has been done for a very long time. There were no entertainment options in the room. The TV only had pre-programmed channels—no Netflix, HBO, or anything similar. The hotel has also started renovation work in some of the rooms. Unfortunately for us, the renovation was taking place in the room directly above ours, so the noise was quite significant. That said, the work was carried out during the day, and in the evening the noise was not disturbing. However, if guests want to rest a bit before going out in the evening, this could be problematic.

Location Breakfast The room. We booked a superior room . Should be a 30 meter room . It was distorted and uncomfortable . We asked for an extra blanket or duvet , we got one without a cover!

Staff, location, terrace, checkout at 12 There was a weird smell in the room, a bit noisy due to a construction in the building, only one type of pillow, the place on top of the bed was never cleaned.

Great location, easy walking distance to a lot of sights. Best of all is the staff.... very helpful, very friendly, very professional. Right on the corner of a busy street which meant that it wasn't a quiet as we would have liked.

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was really good and the eggs benedict were made to order and were fabulous. The bed could have been more comfortable but was adequate.
