The staff was excellent and accommodating Rooms were a good size The pillows could have used updating. The bathroom took up half the room.

Location, friendliness we booked an extra night and the price was substantially higher

The location is excellent, the restaurant is amazing, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The shower and bathroom lack a door, which reduces privacy and comfort for individuals in the room. This situation is not ideal for families or groups.

Wonderful service, the property has character excellent sleek design, very clean, attention to detail and very talented F&B crew, from room service to breakfast it’s outstanding, better than competitors in many ways The spa could be bigger, steam bath was not ideal temperature.

It's very clean and the bedroom is a very comfortable size. The location is great, very near to the shopping district. Staff is always at the reception and the door to help The room layout is just alittle odd to have the basin away from the toilet. The room is very dark but its in line with the whole hotel theme.

There are quality places and there is Alma Barcelona. Exquisite. The level of cleanliness was not just pure spotlessness but it was the secret language of truly caring.

Hotel full so not able to use pool or gym as had not pre booked.

Great staff, perfect locating, very good rooms

The room they offered via booking com was not the room they provided, they gave us room for people with disabilities so it was kinda uncomfortable (no doors etc), the gym you have to book in advance and it’s 5 sqm max which is uncomfortable as well.

The Alma is in a good location near the city centre. Modern and practical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as described and well maintained. There is not much not to like if one is looking for a 'practical' and 'functional' hotel.

Service, location, the inner garden tranquility. Restaurant was great. My suite was great but windows did not open.

We have been here before & love location, room sizes and outdoor courtyard. No full length mirror in room. Staff at bar & courtyard could speak any English which made ordering correct drink and food impossible. Should have at least one staff member that speaks at least moderate English so menu can be discussed and drinks ordered correctly. As it was WE paid for mistakes and I promise we did try to communicate in Spanish as best we could bit given what we are paying shouldn’t it be at least reciprocated?? Better last visit. Casual food also not up to par & prices exorbitant for what is basically toasted sandwiches. Not sure will back.

All staff was so kind! Everything was perfect! You should stay at this hotel! Nothing!
