The location was great and the staff were exceptional and knowledgeable. They advised us to leave much earlier than we planned to get a taxi to the port. Just as well because the traffic was chaotic. There was nothing not to like.

Rooms are lovely, really comfortable beds and for Europe the room we had was a really great size for our family of four. The staff were amazing, went over and above for us to make our stay special. Shout out to the concierge who helped with all our restaurant bookings. Location is PERFECT. Nothing - I genuinely thought everything was exceptional

Amazing hotel in a top location. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar was the best — a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

The location, staff, breakfast, and accommodations were beyond 5 stars. If anyone is coming to Barcelona, it is the only place I would recommend to stay at.

Beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast. Terrific location. The lifts are slow and the checking process is not as smooth and private as one might expect for a hotel in the bracket.

The whole staff team in general, especially the concierge team. They were so helpful, so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, the location was very good.
