Included breakfast was mostly pastries and other sweet / sugary snacks - no eggs or other common breakfast food.

Wewould definitely return next time in Barcelona.

Our host Rosa was amazing! She met us on arrival and made sure we were all settled in! She left yummy treats at our door each evening. Great location!

Very convenient location and beautiful area, near La Pedrera. Breakfast too abundant... We had spear food every day.

Good location, access to the metro and buses, right in the city center, friendly and helpful staff, overall good value for money, you can see the host is making efforts to make your stay pleasant. Variety of sugar, coffee, tea, pastries, butter in the lobby, at all times. Although clean, perhaps the room needs a renovation, bathroom too. No view from the balcony. Breakfast was included, but not cooked, the host left it every night for each room. It was mostly bought pastries and sugary packaged, for those who love this kind of breakfast.

Installations were substandard. On-wall wiring, crooked shelves, wiggly toilet. Mold visible in the bathroom, smell coming into the room. Cleaning insufficient. Uneven warm water temperature when showering. "Breakfast" is brought by host, prepackaged, heavy on sugary pastries. It is nothing like a breakfast buffet.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to some major attractions. The host was very tentative. The room size was a little small for a family of 4.

I’ve travelled a lot in my life and I would say that this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in for the price, location, and mostly flexibility and care to guests. Rosa, the owner, was so accommodating. Every morning she left us a bag full of treats and various items for breakfast (croissant, juices, cookies, etc.). I will recommend this place to anyone who travels to Barcelona. Nothing!

best location, very close to know places heating systme should have been better, can be problem especially in winter

Location, facilities and the owner ?. Her name is Rosa she is very accommodating. She explain everything inside her apartment. Unlimited coffee with options. Unlimited bread and cereals. If I go back to Barcelona I will stay again in her place? The lift it is very old. But its ok coz her apartment is only at 1st floor

Rosa is a great host. She has a good supply of snacks, coffee, bread and others for breakfast every day. Location is great. Very good places to eat and close to everything. The shower area needs to be more tightly sealed to avoid water to go out. The washer machine was always busy.

Helpful with information. Enjoyed breakfast delivered to door. Refreshments/coffee always available. Location super. So close to metro train and busses, plus attractions of city. Washing machine! Maria always with a smile! The accommodations were not luxury but very comfortable. I am trying but can't think of anything
