All the staff are so kind. The two men I spoke to at reception were so amazing and helpful. The location is absolutely ideal for getting around by foot or public transport! The bakery downstairs is incredible!!! It’s amazing to watch them make things fresh and they have a huge variety to choose from. I can’t wait come back!

Great Breakfast options to start the day. In entrance door, the floor needs to be fixed. (It feels uncomfortable stepping there everytime we come and go). If there is another alternative for the curtain shower, better. Beside the sink, after hand washing there is no hook to hang your hand towels. (even they do have 2 extra towels to be used)

The location is really really amazing! I do love that you have a bakery coffee shop in the hotel itself which is very handy :) the room is not big but enough for a short couple of days :) it’s very well cleaned :) Just felt like there’s always a smell which I can’t put a finger on. It’s not dirty or anything. Might just be the sewage, but other then that it’s all good

The room was clean and spacious - quite relative considering the price. I did not avail the breakfast but having the bakery at the ground floor is very convenient, I ate there twice during my stay. The location was close to the center and within walking distance of the metro (Diagonal station). On my first night, I encountered a cockroach on the floor, which I disposed of myself. I chose not to report it during the subsequent days because it appeared to be an isolated incident. However, for the sake of transparency, I am noting it in this review.

the location was great, def walkable or short bus/taxi ride around. The staff is very accomodating even if you have a late arrival. The smell of their delicious bread and pastries as soon as you wal in the lobby is amazing and taste great! Def considering rebooking this place when I visit Barcelona again :) nothing I can think of.
