The location was great! The room served perfectly for 3 people. Furniture needs a update. The room could have some utensils to prepare breakfast, giving the hotel doesn't offer it.

Location and bathroom AC is not working properly, electricity issues, room not like the pictures provided, elevator not working, electricity was cut for hours from 3 am until 6 pm.. Staff were laid back about the matter. They put us on the 6th floor when we informed them that my wife is pregnant. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor. Worst stay ever in any hotel in the world. Not worth 3 star hotels. They have only given us 1 night refund. When the 3 nights were hell, every day, there was an issue. First night Elevator is not working, going up to the 6th floor while his wife is pregnant. AC is not working properly, and there is a loud sound from the water pump we couldn't nap in the evening. 2nd night Electricity cuts off from short of water pump, from 3 am to 6 pm we couldn't sleep 3rd night invaded our room privacy, entering without our knowledge to access the roof while we are out. slept with ac not working properly, slept shirtless, it was too hot. My wife could not sleep.

Location great. Nice bathroom. Front of house staff extremely poor, couldn't be bothered attitude. Was sent to the wrong floor, no assistance to find or inform us of the 'P' floor, not even 1-5. Lift didn't work on arrival, we asked front desk staff to contact us when it had been fixed. The reply was 'I don't have your number' well they did because we had to complete the form on arrival. Again was not interested. No landing lights were on, on the so called 'P' floor, therefore, we could not find our room. On entering the room is smelled absolutely disgusting of highly intoxicating weed.

Cleanliness, location, finishing touching The night porter blocked the elevator while I was going in my room for 3 times on night time. He showed about of aggressive, unfriendly, and unprofessional manner.
