Friendly staff, prime location, shower is good, complimentary drink/water Shower towels with holes, the bed is too soft if you don’t like you maybe should reconsider the stay

I was checked in into the wrong room by mistake of the front desk. When i was out for dinner they realized their mistake. So they just went into my room, got all my things (open suitcase and personal things) and put them in the right room - without my consent and without me beeing there. This is inacceptable in any case. Unprofessional. And i did for sure not feel safe in this hotel after.

The location is in the heart of the tourist area with all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions right there. The staff were very nice and accommodated all our requests. The hotel is in an old building that has been renovated into hotel rooms, but has disjointed and confusing floor plan over the three floors it occupies.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent. You can get there directly from the airport by bus in about 35 minutes, and the metro station is right next to the hotel. Most of the main attractions are within a 20–30 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the street noise, as the sound insulation could be better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location Building is old and complicated to get around! Half of the rotten balcony shutters were missing completely! Wash basin was loose and moved when you touched it!
