Location was so perfect for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful. There was everything there you needed Couldn’t confirm a twin room until arrival which wasn’t obvious on the booking system. Information on booking says pay at the property but this is incorrect as they charge you straight away.

The location is great. I booked the room with private swimming pool but it was nothing like what was shown in the images. After complaining about the small size and the stairs inside the room(with 6 month plus old baby which we mentioned while booking) they gave us the actual room on the last day of our stay which was the 3 day. So we paid for a room which was not give to us for 2 days of our stay out of the total 3 days we stayed there stating that the hotel is full we can not do anything.

We loved every second of it!!!!! The crew was amazing and especially Gaston - the best person we’ve ever met. The breakfast, the room, the location - everything was perfect!!!! Will definitely come again and recommend. Thank you!

Good location. Historic building . Near metro and las ramblas Very quiet . Swimming pool small but great for a dip with bar also. First room (126) very small and a/c poor. After3 visits to reception the manager moved us to larger room with great a/c ( no other problems)
