The hotel has a great location, and our first impression when we arrived was very good. The room was comfortable and the bed was excellent. The main issue was the housekeeping and attention to detail. Some coffee cups were replaced while others were left, and sometimes used or dirty teaspoons were forgotten on the side. The tea and coffee area was also not always properly cleaned or reorganised and was sometimes left exactly as I had left it before going out. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. It was unreliable and would often disconnect or completely stop working at night. When I asked for help, I was told that the technician finishes at 10 PM, which was frustrating because guests may still need a stable internet connection after that time. The screen mirroring option on the TV was also not available, which made it difficult to connect our phones or use the television properly. Overall, the housekeeping could be more consistent and thorough, and the hotel definitely needs to improve its Wi-Fi service and in-room technology.
