Location. The hotel.

Value for money is right.

Vanessa and Luis at the front desk make the stay more comfortable and friendlier. Vanessa should teach how customer service should be. For tourism purposes, she's the epitome of what customer service looks like. The little things she does makes the stay a bit more enjoyable and caring! The back area should be tidied up and clean to be more presentable. I believe the hotel is undergoing repair and refurbishing. If this is the case, I'd understand why the materials below are inorganized.

The property is at Catalunya Square which is also the last stop of the AeroBus. It is a central location for the Hop On busses and sits at La Rambla street. There’s not much to not like about the property itself. Rooms are very basic. This is a no frills, no extras type of hotel. I don’t feel secure when having to turn in my key to the front desk when I leave. Did not have make up room on my door and still had housekeeping enter without our permission. (Was told - repeatedly- they would ONLY come in if tag was on the door). Felt violated and uncomfortable with safety whilst away from the hotel.

Rooms were in poor condition, the room smelled awful.
-
It was in an okay location It was falsely advertised way too expensive for the shithole it was walls were so thin and people were so loud all night basically like the haunted mansion would not recommend. Also falling apart on inside cracks in walls and floors total mess.

Location, comfy bed, water pressure in the bathroom, polite staff No view from the window, we faced a wall; the room was extremely small

Over priced for a tiny little room
-
- Perfect location, right in the heart of the city center. - Friendly, very nice and helpful staff. - In case of a late return flight, the hotel allows you to store your luggage, highlight of the trip! - Overpriced for the quality offered - Outdated rooms and furniture - Damaged walls, doors, and broken tiles - Ants in the room :/ - Bathroom door did not close properly and had no lock.

Horrible space and completely no value for money
-
They were courteous, and quickly responded to a major problem in the first room that we reserved The first room had eight loose floor tiles and when you walked over them, they would rattle. Then they moved us to another room, which was smaller, and the bathroom did not have the equipment necessary.

Rooms are small and the place is way overpriced. Way too noisy, 1) from both construction outside so it's hard for taxis to drop off or pick up, and 2) noisy guests in the hall woke us up several times as the tile hallways echo loudly.
