Ac was broken first day so it was very hot and it was veery cold next day and we got sick

Very poor WiFi and a/c service little counter space

The breakfast spread was beautiful and amazing with a lot of variety and freshness. The rooms were clean. The AC worked reliably, but it would be nice to be able to make it colder but it’s centrally controlled. Bringing travel fans is a must for the summer although we were thankful the AC worked reliably. The elevator from the entrance up to the reception floor only worked 1 time out of the 4 times we needed it.

Breakfast was typical but well done. The location was great, but the Las Ramblas was under construction. The room was for four and was really tight. I would get 2 rooms if you had 4 people, but the cost is higher compared to other hotels nearby (and nicer). The closet smelled badly and the air conditioning hardly worked. I wish someone had told us that the Las Ramblas road was under construction. From what we found out, it had been under construction for over a year. It was disappointing and made the hotel seem unclean. I'm sure it will be more pleasant once the construction is complete.

Great central location, close to the markets and Gothic quarter.

Location is perfect. Very friendly personal. The elevator on the entrance was not working. In the bathroom, the door was very noisy.

Really nothing it was the worst hotel in my life They give old foods ,elevators not working Unfriendly staff only good thing its in La Rambla street First day when we went elevators not working . I had to carry 2 big and one cabin baggage myself ! No one helped us . And when we asked helped they did not . Tomorrow at breakfast i was shocked again . Foods old . First day i only ate kivi and watermelon . The other days i did not do breakfast The other day fire happened in near shop ( Fmac shop ) And after that in our hotel no light . No elevator I collected all my things in a dark room with phone light again no support . We asked ag least light (they told we have not ) imagine all night no air conditioner no light ! Really like a hell . And morning i left hotel and called again help . Girls come and treated me very badly and they broke my 2 baggages . I have photos . I asked not carry like that they said its dark !!!! We cant do more . What i see everyone had light at least generators but the boss of hotel did not want to pay a little more I kindly ask at least give my half payment back . And i want they buy 2 new baggages for me .

Excellent location overlooking Las Ramblas, with a view from the balcony. Breakfast was decent and had several options. Staff were helpful. Luggage storage was available. Shampoo and soap in the bathroom smelled nice and it’s packaging was environmentally conscious. The neon sign was not lit up, and appeared to be broken, which made the hotel a bit difficult to find. The entry elevator to the reception desk was broken, so we had to carry our luggage up two sets of stairs to check in. The room was much smaller than the pictures implied, and some of the bathroom tiles were broken, cracked, mismatched or sloppily covered over, with mildew growing in the grout on several parts of the bathroom tile. The room had a small bathtub, but the stopper was not big enough to keep the water in the tub. The room had no refrigerator for drinks, and no bottled water, nor did the property appear to have a water fountain for refilling drinking water. There is also construction going on on Las Ramblas including the L3 Metro stop nearby being shut down, so transportation was challenging.

The location and the service of the receptionists The room was too dark, without window or natural light entrance. Besides, the elevator was broken and never fixed so if you travel with big and heavy luggage it is terrible to get them up stairs to the second floor. The cleaning service was very bad, they just made the bed but the floor remained dirty. Way different from the photos they share on the website and the matress and the pillows were too soft. Not recommended at all.

They charge you extra at the check in, even tho in the booking app is saying clear that "you paid everything in full you should not pay more". When you enter the room for the check in the AC is cold and perfect, later one they stop it. I had to go to them to put the AC 6-7 times during my stay because they will stop it. They told me that it didnt work but as soon as I come to my room the temperature is lower. Keep in mind that you cannot set your own temperature in the room, they disconect the panel for them to control it. Pretty dirty and not up to the standards and the price. Rude staff. Really dissapointed!
