We liked the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a metro station just a few minutes away, as well as plenty of shops nearby. The only downside was that there were ants everywhere. We found them on the floor, on the bed, and in the bathroom.

The lobby bar, dining and reception area were all really clean, bright and modern. Each staff member were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety and plenty of seating. The rooms were ok but didn't match how modern the downstairs areas were, perhaps the rooms are also in the process of being updated ? The sofa bed in the room where my daughter slept was quite squeaky, which disturbed her sleep. The rooftop pool could perhaps do with some background music and maybe either a little bar for refreshments or a vending machine.

The location not far from the camp nou There is a power outage and we ask for information on the duration and we didn't get any at all. We had to checkout and we had to take our suitcases down alone from the 6th floor by the stairs and the staff was watching us do it without giving us a hand. No compassion.

Big room. Very good breafast. Nice area for rest at the top of the building. Very close to FC Barcelona stadium. It was clean but there was some dust smell in the room (not very strong but still). It needs some refurbishment (e.g. some buttons at lifts are broken). The swimming pool at the top is VERY small (just to get wet, not for swimming)

Friendly staff, decent location for what we needed, clean rooms. A/c broke but once we notified the front desk it didn’t take long for someone to fix it. Elevators were slow to come.

Swimming pool, gym facilities and reasonable spa charges .. spa was really good had an amazing time. Easy to commute as was close by bus/metro stations. N/A

Really lobely space with rooftop pool, comfortable room and other facilities. The kids loved it so much that it was difficult to motivate them to explore the city... There were some issues with the elevators, but seemed like they had service personnel working on it, so hopefully only a temporary thing.
