I liked the botanical garden , rooftop and the lobby is quite spacious Very friendly staff Unfortunately the cleaning was 5/10 as every day i had to call myself to reception and ask them to send someone to clean. I also saw the cleaning lady dry the glasses in the room with the same cloth she did dusting ! on the corner of the rooms( we had 3 rooms) chandeliers you could see so much of dusts

I truly believe that luxury lies in the details, and this hotel delivered exactly that. From the umbrella offered at the door when it was raining, to the beautiful chocolate with a sparkling touch and "Barcelona" written on it, every gesture made me feel cared for. What impressed me most was the call from the receptionist about an hour after check-in, simply to ask whether everything was to my expectations. These thoughtful touches created a genuine sense of comfort and hospitality. For me, it is all about the experience, and this team understands that perfectly. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

The property and room was clean and had everything we could have needed. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel and it had a wide variety of options. We also ate at one of the hotel restaurants and enjoyed the experience. We used the shuttle to Barcelona and it was really easy to get back to the hotel via the metro. The gym is also very nice. we didn’t have a chance to use the spa area, but it looked nice from afar. We enjoyed our stay! Nothing

The hotel is incredibly impressive. Probably the biggest hotel I’ve seen in Barcelona and very modern. You’ll be wow’ed for BCN hotel standards when you walk in. The rooms lacked a bit of character for me. The room service / main restaurant menu was a bit limited in my book. Big spaces but a slightly hollow feeling.

Simply the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is, and the staff was beyond amazing. For anyone visiting Barcelona, this is the place to stay, no matter what your expectations are, this place will exceed them, guaranteed.

We asked them to remove alcohol from the room, they said they can't do that unless they charge us 35 euros for them.

Room had nice view and facilities (toilet with a bidet was a big plus). We were welcomed with a tray of chocolates and offered water upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with english style choices. Hotel lobby is amazing, with nice smells all throughout and very nice views of the mountain. Definitely feels like a 5 stars. None.
