The ability to walk to Sagrada Família. The staff was not very helpful even thought I’m a fluent Spanish speaker. For example, I asked how do I get a taxi. The person at the desk said just go out and grab one. They failed to let me know there was a taxi stand near by.

The location! Close to the Sagrada Family Church and the Metro Station. That I asked few times to check the safety box, because it was not working, no body came to help me with it.

We liked the location near La Sagrada Familia The room was hot, no air conditioner. Limited hot water - ran out of hot water in the middle of the shower. Cleaning supplies used smell was offensive. The room had a strong smell which we took with us on our clothes, even the one inside the luggage. We had to pay to have our clothes washed in the cruise laundry service.

Location was close enough to the main attractions but with enough buffer from the busyness of the tourist area. The 8 euro breakfast was ok nothing to write home about.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was always a pleasure to interact with them. I appreciated that they spoke English which was very kind. The room was a little Spartan and the bed was moderately comfortable.

The AC is not working, no cold air coming out. The outlets are not ready for adapter. I had to ask for adapter from the front desk. Elevator is too tight and slow. Balcony at 8 floor needs renovation. They just combined the two single beds to think the booking is one queen or king bed. Basically, the facilities needs renovation.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was just OK. We appreciated being within a short walk to Sagrada Familia and many restaurants.

We had a great visit! It is so clean, rooms are nice, and staff is unbelievable. Particularly Serena, who helped us with luggage, checkin, taxis, restaurant recs, converters, and most importantly had a smile every moment. Nothing!

Great location, really close to Basílica Sagrada Familia. Great breakfast. Nice area with variety of restaurantas and food to choose. The mchine for people with dissability was not working.
