The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The location is outstanding, and the hotel itself has real character, starting with the gorgeous lobby. The restaurant was very good, and our kids absolutely loved the old vintage elevator, a charming detail you don't find in modern hotels. Highly recommend. The room didn't live up to expectations. It was smaller than anticipated, the wallpaper was peeling in places, and the walls and furniture showed noticeable wear and tear. Overall the room wasn't as well maintained as the reviews suggested. The pool is also more of a water feature than an actual pool.

We liked the setup of the hotel in an old building (outside features, old elevator), which added a nice touch to the location.

Very good location, clean, great bedroom and bathroom, nice pool bar, very good breakfast, the support staff (including kitchen) was very good and helpful. The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable and friendly, they seemed new at the hotel.

The location was good, breakfast had more variety and everything was clean and tidy The personnel was a bit serious and not smiling.

Everything exceeded our expectations and was even better than in the pictures. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived in the morning, and they kindly prepared our room by noon, even though check-in is at 3 PM, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better.

The location is perfect, you have everything around. The hotel staff is amazing, they do everything to make you feel very welcome.

Everything was great The breakfast could be better

It’s centrally located to go anywhere by bus, metro. Walkable distance from The Rambla, Gothic Quarter, Hop on Hop off bus station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping, market and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was amazing. Homemade style food can be ordered from 3 pm to 10 pm which was very convenient and food quality was amazing. Particularly pizza and tapas were excellent The breakfast was excellent mix of hot and cold varieties. Fruits, cheese, cold cuts, breads and pastries were plenty. Room was oversized, very big. Bathroom and shower was big and very clean. Overall very happy with our stay. Fancy restaurant close by.

The staff at the reception was not friendly except the breakfast staff

Clean - and cleaned every day. Great breakfast. 4 person family room was perfect for us.

Very well appointed, great location! Staff were not helpful and seemed to struggle to answer basic questions. Breakfast is good and has a wide assortment but to go containers for coffee and small snack if you have to catch an early tour are not readily available.
